The SolVista Base Lodge will be the site of a FREE Customer Service Workshop designed to help businesses maximize the potential of their two most important resources; their employees and their customers. NOTE: BEDA has scheduled two sessions, 2 pm -4 pm and 4 pm - 6 pm.  Melissa Moore formerly the Director of Guest Services and Community Relations at Copper Mountain Resort and now of Auzimi LLC will lead a fast paced and dynamic workshop designed to get your season started right!
